2021 Year in Review

It's been an amazing year to spend with you all. I compiled some results together of highlights I believe you will appreciate, especially the parents. While I know you enjoy the time we spend together, importantly you care that you and your children get better by being here.

I like to look at what we do as a means of building character, especially for the kids - we just use the gym and sports as an avenue to spend time together.

Enjoy!

Every. Single. Youth track athlete who trained with us consistently at least 3 months ran, jumped, or threw a Personal Best
