Youth Fitness

This is for your youngsters who want to get fit for sports, or just life! We take kids as young as 11 but can make exceptions for 10 year olds ready for training.

We teach youth how to sprint, change direction, jump, and conduct weight training exercises as appropriate.

Youth are permitted and often do participate in our Strength and Movement sessions.
