GHP coaches with your youth athlete starting as young as 11 years of age.  They are coached on improving their athletic abilities in:

  • movement technique 
  • speed & sprinting form
  • cutting technique
  • jumping technique & ability
  • strength & power

Your child will also benefit from having a positive role model in their life.

Through weekly workouts both in the weight room and on the field, Donald's coaching led to increased strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and explosiveness in our athletes.
