Strength & Movement Small Group Training

Try our small group personal training classes! Experience custom tailored workouts coached in a group setting. With 8 or less people per session, you will have customized workouts catered to your goals while you enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others.

Sessions are 60 minutes with the option of 2 or 3 sessions per week. 

You and every member of the group is assigned a coach that will oversee your experience with GHP to continue your success. 

All small group memberships include a 45 minute private session with your coach every 90 days.
