Join GHP's Coach Tim for 10 weeks of strength and speed sessions to complement your running routine, or even add on a customized training calendar to take things to the next level! Get rid of nagging aches & pains, boost your performance and reign confidently from the head of the dinner table this Thanksgiving.
When will it happen?
September 24th through November 28th.
The 60-minute strength sessions will take place at GHP on Tuesday evenings at 7 PM
75-minute run technique & speed sessions will be held at the Schenley Oval Sportsplex on Thursday mornings at 6 AM
There will be an on site physical therapist on every other Tuesday evening until December 2nd for free screening sessions.
