GHP is about helping you move better, feel better, and live better through strength and movement. We transform your body as well as how it functions to give you better human performance.
We emphasis our coach:member relationship, 3-D exercises and movements, and global culture building. You'll start with your 1-on-1 evaluation and meet your coach first.
Your first experience is our 1-on-1 consultation to understand your goals and needs. Your coach will create a FitPlan with you that will be your prescription to living a better life. Then we get you signed up for your new journey.
All of our members begin with 1-on-1 coaching to be properly assessed, understand the movements and flow, as well as create a winning relationship with your coach who will support you for as long as you are with us.
You can then opt to graduate to our Stength & Movement classes. These are coached personal workouts capped at 8 people to allow a fun camaraderie feel, while still doing a workout curated just for you!
